1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pennyzo’s software platform, automation tools, and AI-powered services (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Pennyzo must be notified promptly of any unauthorized access or security breach.
3. Permitted Use & Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Services solely for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. You must not:
- Upload or process unlawful, infringing, or unauthorized data
- Attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, scraping, or system abuse
- Transmit malware, spyware, or harmful code
- Use the Services to build, train, or benchmark a competing product
- Bypass security controls or usage limitations
4. Services, Modifications & Availability
Pennyzo may enhance, modify, or discontinue features to improve the Services or comply with legal and operational requirements. While we strive for high availability, uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may result in temporary service interruptions.
5. Fees, Billing & Subscriptions
Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
6. Data Protection & DPDP Act Compliance
Pennyzo processes personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India). Customers retain ownership of data uploaded to the Services and are responsible for ensuring lawful collection, consent, and use of such data. Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. AI Usage & Output Disclaimer
The Services may include AI-generated outputs. These outputs are generated based on probabilistic models and may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date.

- They do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice
- Users remain solely responsible for validating outputs before reliance
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use and any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to them shall governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, AI models, designs, trademarks, and platform content are the exclusive property of Pennyzo. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services during an active subscription. No ownership rights are transferred.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pennyzo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from use of the Services.
11. Changes to Terms
Pennyzo may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
