You may cancel your Pennyzo subscription at any time prior to the next billing cycle. Valid cancellation requests must be initiated through one of the following authorized channels:
Cancellations requested through informal or unauthorized channels (including verbal requests or social media messages) are not considered valid.
Upon successful cancellation:
Following cancellation or subscription expiry, Pennyzo processes and retains personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
If you choose to reactivate your subscription within the applicable data retention period, your account configuration may be restored subject to system availability. Pennyzo does not guarantee restoration of historical data beyond the defined retention window.
Pennyzo does not charge a separate cancellation fee. Customers remain responsible for all charges incurred up to the effective cancellation date. Cancellation does not entitle customers to any refund, credit, or proration of fees already paid.
For annual or enterprise subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the agreed contractual term unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Fees paid for annual plans are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.
Pennyzo’s platform includes AI-powered features that rely on probabilistic models and customer-provided data. Cancellation or expiration of services results in the discontinuation of AI outputs, models, and processing capabilities. Variations in AI performance or outcomes do not affect cancellation eligibility or billing obligations.
